We work with private investors looking to participate in carefully selected real estate projects without having to source, acquire, refurbish and manage those opportunities themselves. Our role is to identify the opportunity, build the investment case and bring together the expertise required to take a project from acquisition through to exit.

Our focus is on projects where we believe there is a genuine opportunity to create value - particularly property flips, refurbishment and repositioning projects across London and the South of England, together with selected opportunities in Dubai.

Investors can participate on a project-by-project basis, with each opportunity presented individually and supported by its own investment rationale, financial assessment, proposed strategy and exit. Particular attention is given to investor security and structuring each investment to mitigate risk and protect investor capital as far as reasonably possible.
