Average projects take 9–12 months, while larger projects may take 12–18 months, from acquisition to sale. You’ll receive regular updates throughout the process.
Do I need to fund a whole villa project or can you pool my investment with other investors?
You can fund an entire project solo or join one of our investor project pools to participate in larger deals, offering flexibility for your investment goals. Investment projects range in value from $2.45m - > $15m+ (Minimum investment is $150K+/£115k+/AED 550K+).
Can I use Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies to invest?
Yes, Dubai is a crypto-friendly market. We work with vetted payment facilitators to accept Bitcoin, other cryptocurrencies, or cash, subject to DFSA/SCA compliance and service provider approvals.
How secure are these investments?
Each project is held in a ring-fenced DIFC SPV, ensuring your investment is isolated and secure. Each investor receive a share allocation proportionate to their % of the investment of the project budget. Your share allocation can be viewed on the DIFC investor portal with the login details we give you. Our audited bank accounts and DFSA-aligned structure prioritise safety for investors.
